Company Introduction

Shine Blue Hire Purchase Private Limited was originally incorporated as “Shine Blue Hire Purchase Private Limited” on 18th September, 1990 vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 06-13554 of 1990-1991 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh at Jalandhar.

The company holds a Certificate of Registration No. B-06.00165 dated 10th April 2000, issued by the Reserve Bank of India to carry on the business of Non-Banking Financial Institution without accepting public deposits under Section 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.

In the year 2019, the company was taken over by the current management under the leadership of Mr. Surender Kumar Kandoi and Mr. Girish Kandoi, who envisioned building an organization focused on growth and financial inclusivity.

We are primarily engaged in the business of providing vehicle loans (Wheeler, Wheels - Commercial Vehicle, Cars), Tractor loans, and MSME (SBL) loans to customers belonging to lower and middle-income segments in semi-urban and rural areas. Our key focus areas are simple processes, minimal documentation, flexible repayment options, and a hassle-free and efficient sanctioning process.
